The activity will identify and minimize the root causes of market failures and barriers that disadvantage the vulnerable, women, and youth, and exclude these groups from economic opportunities. The MSR Activity is expected to create incentives for actors to invest in developing and sustaining productive relationships for the efficient delivery of goods and services and an improved enabling and regulatory environment for agricultural sector growth

Program Management Position Areas: Operations; Finance and accounting; Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning; Collaborative Learning and Adaptation; Grants and Subcontracts; Communications
Required Skills or Experience
Technical Position Qualifications
Post-secondary degree in one or more of the technical areas listed above;
Minimum of seven years of professional experience in area of expertise;
Experience with multi-sectoral programs that address economic growth, financial services, impact investing, SME lending, financial market systems, training, financial inclusion or a combination of the above, especially in rural areas;
Experience working on development programs and with multi-disciplinary teams, preferably on a USAID-funded project or other international donor;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Fluency in written and spoken English required.
Program Management Qualifications
Post-secondary degree in one or more of the technical areas listed above;
Minimum of five years of professional experience in area of expertise;
Experience working on development programs and with multi-disciplinary teams, preferably on a USAID-funded project or other international donor;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Fluency in written and spoken English required.
