GHANA JOBS Sales Executive

Responsibilities

To identify public/private sector software deployment opportunities, and close sales deals 
To create a marketing/sales plan for the company products and services
To carry out research to identify opportunities for software solution deployment and partnerships within Ghana
To create and design requirement documents for the development and deployment of software solutions
To validate and update requirement documents as project ages 
Sell the company’s software solutions to both government and private institutions.
To undertake such other duties as directed

Customer Service

Customer relationship management.
Maintains the present customers’ call sequence and frequency of visit.
Ensure adequate after sales support thereby reducing customer complaints and strengthening business relationship.
Ensure proper management of crisis with aggrieved clients.

Required Skills or Experience

At least 2 years B2B, B2C, or B2G software sales experience
A university degree or any accreditation in Information Systems/Technology 
Ability to respond to RFP
Knowledge of the telecoms industry will be a plus
