GHANA JOBS Production Supervisor
Job Description
We are a food manufacturing company in Lashibi making packaged local food snacks like plantain chips, peanuts, ginger snacks etc.
A supervisor will be required to also participate in production activity as well as supervise subordinates.
Check to make sure all utensils to be used for production are well cleaned.
Ensure all raw materials required for full production are available to avoid disruption in production.
Ensure consistency in the production process to ensure consistent outcome and finished product.
Ensure all safety protocols are respected and followed.
Required Skills or Experience
Supervisor with food education/training or catering background is preferred.
Individual will be responsbile for ensuring quality in final product, ensuring all safety measures and precautions are taken.
They will also be required to step in to assist when production levels go high or an assistant falls sick or is unavailable.
