ROLE PROFILE:
The position requires a dynamic and proactive individual, who will provide leadership to the PTP and Treasury team, monitor operations and achieve the KPIs set for volumetric and Service quality to management.
Duties and Responsibilities
Review treasury and PTP policies in scope of SSC
Validate bank account sweeping need
Review and approve interfaces among systems (Epicor-Kyriba)
Monitor profitability of the financial asset/liability
Propose the settlement of the financial asset/liability
Create the bank account in the treasury system
Modify the bank account in the treasury system
Block the bank account in the treasury system
Reconcile bank guarantees
Review treasury forecast
Negotiate with external partners including banks
Review Bank reconciliation statements
Monitor treasury budget
Monitor treasury forecast
Propose KPIs for measuring Treasury and PTP operations
Review and monitor KPI performance of Treasury and PTP operations
Resolve issues arising from PTP & Treasury operations
Escalate unresolved issues to SSC Manager
Required Skills or Experience
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or MBA in Finance plus a professional qualification in Accounting from a recognized professional Accounting body- ACCA, CIMA, ICA etc
