GHANA JOBS Field Supervisors
Implement the activities within respect area of responsibility as per the annual work plan and budget
Ensure a coordinated and collaborative approach is undertaken among project partners at field level
Embark on Daily/weekly field visits to support PEs in their outreaches, monitor PEs activities on the field weekly basis.
Participate in all field outreaches including entertainments activities such as love and Trust, Hot spots events, videos shows.
Conduct HTS outreaches
Ensure proper and accurate data collection by PEs during field activities and participate in partnership meetings and other meeting relating to the projects.
Assist donor representatives to conduct monitoring visits to programme areas and ensure the maintenance of quality standards and effective running the Drop-in center.
Participate in weekly and monthly reviews meetings with peer educators and assist M&E Coordinator in the monthly verification and data collection of Peer Educators daily reports sheets.
Submit daily and monthly reports Project Coordinator on programs activities.
Ensure strict adherence to all safeguarding protocols
Required Skills or Experience
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and ability to articulate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong skills using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access, and at least one data management software program (SAS, STATA, and SPSS) and experience training others in its use is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain effective working relations with government personnel, stakeholders, NGO partners, and international donor agencies
Strong leadership, interpersonal, writing and oral presentation skills in English.
Ability to work independently and manage a high volume workflow.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and often pressured environment.
