GHANA JOBS Broker Relations
Implementing and adhering to the Sales, Marketing and Broker Relations strategies, procedures, policies and standards for Broker Marketing
To manage, motivate and direct the Broker Marketing team to achieve corporate objectives/targets and achieve overall success.
Develop and manage Broker Communication and Relationship Brand Equity Strategies to strongly position the Company Brand in Ghana
Analyze broker distribution channel on consistent basis and develop strategies for achieving sales targets
Develop tools to consistently evaluate the performance of the broker team
Manage the business renewal/retention process for all Brokers
Consistent performance management of team’s actual performance against targets/objectives/strategies
Develop structures and systems for the team to ensure consistent interaction and communication in the team and in relation to other departments
Identify and develop new Brokers to achieve set targets
Track production of the brokers per the agreed budget projections and duly submit weekly and monthly reports accordingly
Manage all activities relating to Broker Sales, Client Relations, and promotion strategy
Coordinate the accurate and timely payment of broker commissions and any business-related incentives
Required Skills or Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Broker Relations Management
First degree from a recognized University is a requirement.
Professional certification in Insurance is a requirement
Proven success in sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process
Confident negotiator and ability to ‘close the deal’
Strong client management skills
