GHANA JOBS Application Developer
Install and maintain in-house developed application software. Proper knowledge of these application is mandatory to give adequate support to Users.
Generate non-standard reports from the various software systems as required by the Users.
Assist Users to resolve Software problems and provide documentation when required.
Install, support and maintenance of Application Software
Conduct trial runs of programs and software application to ensure proper functionality.
Correct errors by making appropriate programming changes
Compile and generate documentation of program development and subsequent revisions.
Build back ends for mobile and web-based apps.
Any other duty commensurate to the role assigned by Line Manager

Required Skills or Experience
A minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field
3 years relevant working experience.
Skills and Competencies
Hands on knowledge in building backend APIs for scalable platforms
Good knowledge of the following technology stack – Java, JavaEE/JakartaEE, MySQL, React, CDI, JPA, JSF, HTML, CSS
Knowledge of software development architecture and technologies
Knowledge of the software development life-cycle.
Ability to develop unit testing of code components or complete applications.
Strong creative , analytical thinking & problem solving skills
Strategic Thinking Ability
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision and able to handle pressure
