Duties include but not limited to:
Provide support and service to grow customers
Achieve sales targets
Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing Reports
Politely answer calls and respond to customer inquires
Generate leads and customer interest in all SKUs
Provide excellent customer experience
Develop and update customer database
Address customer concerns, complaints or answer any issues; document and report on customer feedback to improve the customer experience
Building good relationships with customers
Required Skills or Experience
Minimum HND or first Degree Marketing/Purchasing & Supply or other relevant qualification.
3-5 years relevant working experience, preferably in a FMCG/Telecom
Computer literacy and good working knowledge of an accounting software, preferably Tally
Very articulate with exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
Fluency in multiple local dialects
Understand company products, services, and policies
Ability to probe and ask clarifying questions
Strong time management and decision making skills
High sense of integrity
Ability to work under pressure, long hours and on Saturdays.
Pay attention to details
Must be self-motivated and very timely in the execution of his/her duties
Must be able to use initiative
Excellent Record Keeping
Ability to think outside the box
Excellent interpersonal skills
